The Hollies

The Hollies is a residential project which proposes the renovation, reconfiguration and extension of a 1980's bungalow located in Semer, Suffolk. The design includes raising the roof of the principal volume to allow the creation of accommodation within the loft space, adding a rear extension linking to the existing detached garage and over-cladding of the existing building. The project received planning in April 2024.
