In December 2024 Project Orange secured planning for the major refurbishment of 143-145 the Strand after a seven year involvement. The scheme includes a modest extension to the rear light well, looking out to Somerset House, which creates additional space for ensuite bedrooms. The main 1911 facade is retained and refurbished with a new stone and bronze shopfront. The design of the rooms reflect the Edwardian heritage of the building, offering a cosy sanctuary in the centre of London.
