The design of this new kitchen and dining area combines two rooms in the basement of a grand London townhouse. Crisp contemporary materials including blue limestone and walnut offer a contrast to the traditional listed interiors of the floors above.  A delicately cantilevered island unit and breakfast counter form the central feature.
