Hidden House Studio

Hidden House is the new studio for Project Orange in Lavenham, Suffolk. Originally an artist’s studio the building was extended and set into a stepped landscape. The timber frame is clad in cedar with double glazed W20 section windows  and only glimpsed from the street. It has been designed with underfloor heating, rain collection tanks and a high level of insulation. It reflects our values as a practice as we transition towards designing carbon positive buildings and learning to live in a regenerative culture.
