The Boston Arms and adjacent Dome music venue occupy a site of some 1200m2 at the major North London intersection of Dartmouth Park in North London. The site is current occupied by a public house, established popular music venues, rental apartments and small scale workshop. The prominent corner structure, The Boston Arms, is Grade II listed. Many of the buildings on the site are currently in a poor state of repair and require attention. The rear parts of the site running to the North along Dartmouth Park Hill are also under-developed and offer scope for the provision of additional built volume along this frontage. This feasibility study looks at options to rejuvenate the site.
