Award winning property developer Urban Splash has appointed Project Orange for the design of a new building at New Islington. The team was appointed following a competition with three other architects and will now be responsible for overseeing the design of the 'bookend' building at New Islington, Manchester's Millennium Community.The building will be situated adjacent to Tutti Frutti, a self build residential scheme at New Islington. It will comprise a mix of ground floor leisure space as well as family homes on the upper floors, introducing a completely new concept in housing.
