Project Orange are working as the Interior Architects, in collaboration with the Architects for the shell and core on this new build luxury residential development. The location is a prime site in the heart of Chelsea on the footprint of a former power station.

The 6 storey development is to contain 15 luxury apartments, with floor areas ranging from 300-700sq m, and includes an opulently planned penthouse with stunning views across the city.

We have carefully considered the layouts throughout to allow each to be individually tailored to its particular location within the block to maximise the use of space and daylight. Each apartment includes for grand entrance areas and living spaces as well considered separation of public and private areas of the home.

Additionally we have developed 3 styles of apartments: Classic English, Modern European and Contemporary, for purchasers to choose from which will be then be applied to the selected apartment. The intention is that the sense of luxury and the quality of finishes are consistent throughout however the details vary to allow differing tastes to be catered for. For example within each style we have looked at using wall panelling however ranges from highly detailed oak in the classic english, to simplified painted, to flush high gloss in the contemporary.

Project Orange are also designing the entrance/concierge, as well as the residents gym and swimming pool areas.
