Directors Christopher Ash and James Soane studied together and set up in practice 10 years ago having both worked in senior positions at top London practices. Their early projects were residential and exhibition led and they came fourth in the Copenhagen Royal Library competition. In November 2003 Blackdog published ‘Catalogue’; a comprehensive book on our work to date. Today Project Orange is a professional studio operating out of London’s Clerkenwell. Our work takes us globally from Mumbai in India to St Petersburg in Russia as well as around the UK and London.
